In this capacity, you may also function as the court administrator, ensuring meticulous case documentation and prompt responses. You will oversee a team under guidance, facilitate staff training, and manage assigned responsibilities independently.
As a key resource, you will supervise court procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Your expertise will be vital in researching and resolving discrepancies, while upholding confidentiality and adhering to court mandates.
Serving as the primary liaison, you will connect with legal professionals, witnesses, law enforcement, and other county entities. Your precision will be essential in processing legal documents, scheduling hearings, and accurately entering case details.
Primary Duties:- Draft, manage, and reconcile legal documentation
- Investigate and resolve various issues
- Act as a mediator among diverse stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to legal statutes and court mandates
- Deliver training to clerical personnel
Education, Experience, and Training:
An Associate's Degree in a relevant discipline, accompanied by a minimum of one year of professional experience.
Special Skills:
Proficiency in operating office equipment and utilizing computer software is required. A solid understanding of the criminal justice system and excellent communication abilities are crucial.
Physical and Environmental Conditions:
This position is typically performed in a standard office setting, with occasional lifting of items up to 25 lbs. and extended periods of sitting, standing, or walking.
