What You'll Do

In a nutshell, you will define and implement product solutions, contributing to product strategy and managing the product backlog. You will:
  • Partner with product managers to understand their business requirements and provide guidance related to product configurations.
  • Configure Salesforce CPQ objects to meet stakeholders specific needs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Brainstorm ideas for product improvements and achieve KPIs.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce CPQ features, enhancements, and industry trends, and share insights and recommendations with team members.
  • Manage backlog, ensuring execution aligns with strategy and requirements.
Who You Are

You're a seasoned leader skilled at uniting teams to achieve results while staying focused on customers' needs. Here's the type of skills and experience that'll make you stand out:

Minimum:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years of experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce CPQ configuration and administration
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Salesforce Certified CPQ Consultant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with full product lifecycle methodologies, including knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology.
  • Experience in design, development and implementation of product plans.
