About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at CRH Americas. As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand how each business unit is utilizing Salesforce, and recommend steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business users and Sales Operation teams to learn best practices and propose new Salesforce solutions.
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Participate in and/or lead the solution design and implementation, including configuration, development, quality assurance testing, and deployment of CRM solutions.
  • Prototyping and Proof of Concept: Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept to elicit and define requirements.
  • Product Backlog Management: Assist with grooming and refining the Salesforce product backlog.
  • User Story Writing: Write user stories and provide guidance on user story writing style.
  • Success Criteria and Testing: Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story, and assist with documentation of steps for testing.
  • Administration and Maintenance: Perform administration tasks such as managing fields/relationships, process builders, flows, approval processes, page layouts, validation rules, email notifications, custom buttons/links, LWC, reports, dashboards, roles, profiles, sharing rules.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce as a Salesforce Administrator or equivalent.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive Personality: A pro-active personality, with a can-do attitude.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends and actively make suggestions based on the results.
  • Certifications: Must have Salesforce Admin certification, and certifications in sales cloud, service cloud, experience cloud, and CPQ are a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels.
  • Leadership Skills: A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery workstreams.
  • Written Communication Skills: Outstanding written communication skills.
  • Strategic Approach: A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Excellent ability to coach, motivate, and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals.
