We are looking for a talented Health, Safety and Environmental Associate to join our team for our facility in Columbus, IN.

Duties:

This role will be responsible for managing the CTC Management of Change Process. This will include:

  • Managing the agenda
  • Sending meeting invites
  • Coordinating MOC team members
  • Taking detailed notes in meetings
  • Identifying action plans
  • Supporting risk assessment documentation
  • Tracking completion of actions, and closing out projects in the MOC tool.

This role will also provide general support for the HSE team and may include the following: Using Ariba to create and manage Purchase Orders, supporting PPE purchase program, completing risk assessments, performing data analysis, preparing presentations, and managing programs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • A College, University or equivalent degree in Industrial Safety or related field preferred.
  • Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
  • Some previous Administrative experience and the ability to take good notes.
