Duties:

As the Gallery Support Specialist, you will:

  • The incumbent is responsible for submitting a file of appropriately annotated and categorized list of persons to be considered for each event. Incumbent reviews all calligraphed invitations, reply cards, and place and escort cards. Incumbent prepares lists of place and escort cards and/or name badges for calligrapher. The incumbent is responsible for training staff in the performance of event related duties such as the placement of place cards at seated events.
  • Incumbent maintains a working knowledge of the Raisers' Edge database and Event Plug-In and ensures proper use and security of data, records information systematically; uses the database for generating event lists and reference materials; and advises Special Events staff on data input and tracking constituent information.
