Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced bilingual Call Center Operations Manager to lead our new Houston Operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the center. Ensuring our customer center remains customer centric and efficient. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent while maintaining a positive and efficient experience for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

● Analyze statistical reports to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained.

● Manage accounts at the operational level, ensuring the production cost and financial results align with internal metrics, including manpower, attrition and production hours.

● Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract bilingual qualified and capable talent for the organization.

● Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offers.

● Utilize both traditional and creative sourcing methods to expand talent pipelines.

● Maintain a deep understanding of the company's culture to effectively convey it to candidates and employees.

● Lead, mentor, and support employees.

● Conduct quarterly performance reviews.

● Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

● Manage Houston Operations / Employees

● Life/ Health Insurance License preferred, if no current License, company will pay for you to obtain Life/ Health License.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.

● At least five (5) years of experience in management roles with interviewing and hiring decision making experience required.

● 100% proficiency in writing and speaking Spanish.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English & Spanish)

● Proficient in Microsoft software, call center software and CRM.

● Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

● Demonstrated leadership and team-management abilities.
