Opportunity for Service Supervisor:

As a Service Supervisor at W.W. Williams, you will play a key role in organizing workflow to meet and exceed customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include arranging work efficiently to achieve departmental goals by ensuring repair orders are completed accurately and on time. You will have the opportunity to plan, evaluate, and prioritize departmental activities to promote cohesive teamwork among technicians. Additionally, you will maintain a schedule to facilitate timely work completion and ensure customer satisfaction and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service by focusing on quality and customer service standards
  • Assign parts and labor costs accurately for customers, including warranty processes
  • Train and develop staff while maintaining a safe and engaged work environment
  • Communicate job expectations, monitor results, and implement policies and procedures

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a heavy truck/fleet dealership or shop
  • Strong technical knowledge and effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
