We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator and Referral Coordinator for a Personal Injury based clinic. This person should be a professional, energetic, and punctual with great customer service skills. Must be able to multitask with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.

We've been treating our community for over 21 years and are looking to take our clinic to the next level.

At least 2 years' experience is a must.

Bilingual is a plus.

Patient Care Coordinator duties include but not limited to:

  • Schedule initial eval for patients across multiple offices for multiple providers.
  • Entering patient demographics in Medisoft
  • Insurance verification on all new patients
  • Updating correlating spreadsheets
  • Assist in answering phones
  • Schedule patients for future appoints according to treatment plan between multiple providers

Referral Coordinate duties include but not limited to:

  • Coordinating all referrals for specialists
  • Ensuring specialist notes are received in a timely manner
  • Updating correlating spreadsheets

Knowledge Base:

  • Familiar with medical and personal injury based operations (ie. patient treatment plans, imaging and specialist referrals, settlements, etc.)
  • Experienced with Medisoft.
  • Skilled in customer service and efficient time management.
**References are a must

Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
