Position Overview:

Kelly Services has recently partnered with our customer in the waste management industry, seeking a candidate in their Dearborn location. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the billing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in invoicing for clients. If you have a strong background in billing procedures, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, apply today for immediate consideration

Responsibilities:

· Assist with large portions of invoice billing.

· Set up customer accounts.

· Gather information to generate daily invoices to customers.

· Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and invoicing in a timely manner.

· Communicate effectively with clients to address billing inquiries, resolve disputes, and provide exceptional customer service.

· Maintain accurate records of billing transactions, client accounts, and payment histories.

· Approve work orders.

· Backup for dispatching.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma required.

· 3+ years of proven experience in billing or invoicing in a manufacturing/industrial environment required.

· Accounting background preferred.

· Strong proficiency in MS Excel – formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.

· Great Plains or ERP experience a plus
