  • Create and implement communication strategies for the CEO in alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Leverage existing connections to organize national-level engagements for the CEO.
  • Enhance CEO's social media presence for increased visibility.
  • Develop speeches and talking points for internal and external events.
  • Expand media outreach to generate stories on immigration and refugee-related topics.
  • Manage team responsibilities as needed.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
  • 5-7 years experience as a publicist for high-profile executives.
  • Strong network with national conferences and thought leadership platforms.
  • Passionate about immigration and refugee matters.
  • Prior managerial experience.
  • Excellent editing and communication skills.
  • Proficient in multitasking and time management.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.
  • Ability to travel periodically.
