As the Talent Systems Manager, you will have a key role in optimizing our technology systems to support our expanding workforce. You will lead the maintenance and enhancement of HRIS, ATS, and People, Talent, and HR technology platforms, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and alignment with organizational objectives. Position Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation and configuration of technology systems, including HRIS, ATS, CRM, and related platforms.
  • Manage the continuous maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of technology systems, offering technical support to end-users.
  • Supervise a team of System Analysts to ensure optimal resource allocation for goal achievement.
  • Create and conduct system training sessions.
  • Act as the primary contact for technology vendors and assess vendor performance.
  • Stay abreast of new technologies and industry best practices, providing recommendations for system enhancements or upgrades as necessary.
  • Lead and supervise all stages of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to project management methods and best practices.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in partnership with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource distribution, budget estimates, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Accounting, IT specialists, and other project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely completion within budget and quality parameters.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, facilitate decision-making, and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Encourage teamwork, offer guidance, and motivate project team members towards goal attainment.
