Franklin Field, the proud home of The Milwaukee Milkmen along with several other teams, is an iconic venue that hosts a wide array of events ranging from baseball games to large scale concerts and Christmas light spectacles.

  • Oversee F&B operations at various concessions including Main concession stand, Bacardi Bar, Food Truck, outfield concession stand, VIP Hopyard concession stand, in-house suites, and standalone concession stands.
  • Manage F&B services at Milkyway Drive in, Food truck at The Hills has Eyes haunted house, as well as concession operations during Enchant Christmas - WI and other internal events.

We are in search of an enthusiastic team player and leader who will be in charge of day-to-day operations, staff management, scheduling, inventory control, and fostering collaboration.

The Milwaukee Milkmen have a packed schedule with 50 regular season games running from May to September, followed by playoffs until the end of the month.

In addition, our food truck operates on Friday and Saturdays in October during our Haunted house from evening till late night and Enchant Christmas - WI activities run from late November to December.

This position offers a full-time salaried package with comprehensive benefits.
