Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support management in HR programs and associate relations
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics for program development
  • Ensure policy compliance and manage complex associate relations
  • Provide input on workforce planning and staffing strategies
  • Conduct recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and training
  • Maintain HRIS records and support safety initiatives
