Responsibilities and duties:

  • Entry of all credit card transactions and daily reconciliation of accounts for Key Bank and Amex cards.
  • Daily reconciliation of Amex and Key credit cards in Studio Designer.
  • Monitor activity in Suspense account and request PO's / receipts and other information needed to process credit card transactions.
  • Entry of all accounts payable invoices.
  • Produce AP payment reports and edit approvals to finalize.
  • Misc AP duties: Vendor inquiries / Other AP follow up / Vendor AP Statements.
  • Assist with Time Billing as needed.
  • Organization of physical and digital accounting files.
  • Balance sheet account reconciliations (nothing bank related).
  • Project work.

Work experience and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
  • At least two years' experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong customer service and client facing skills.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to read and analyze financial reports.
  • Strong understanding of US tax regulations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a seated environment for up to 8 hours a day.
  • Ability to work on a computer for up to 8 hours a day.
  • Ability to use the phone for extended period of time.
