Job Title: Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Analyst

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Analyst to join our team at Western Alliance Bank. As a key member of our implementation team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand, define, and improve business processes and system flows for Oracle Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and define business processes and system flows for Oracle Cloud.
  • Support solution delivery lifecycle, including detailing features and collaborating with IT developers, vendors, and implementation teams.
  • Work as a functional SME, providing solutions to business stakeholders and working closely with technical teams.
  • Create and maintain system architecture, data flow, and other technical artifacts, working closely with domain architects and technology teams.
  • Participate in Change Management processes for applications.
  • Provide training to end-users and/or other IT personnel.
  • Review and update current documentation for applications as needed.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues.
  • Support existing solutions, including regular business interactions and facilitating delivery of improvements and bug fixes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT or finance/accounting directly using Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Sound knowledge of core Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules – AP, Expenses, AHCS, GL, FA, AR, Advanced Collections.
  • 4+ years' experience working with design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP financial modules and EPM.
  • Experience translating business needs into system requirements and configurations using ADO.
  • Good communication skills with any type of audience.
  • Experience with Lucid chart, Confluence, ADO.
  • Understanding of Incident Management processes, including Root Cause Analysis processes and documentation.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Project Management processes.
  • Hands-on software development and/or implementation experience.
  • Experience with writing test cases and performing UAT.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • 4+ years of experience writing functional and/or technical requirements for software implementations.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Security Groups, and Service Accounts.
  • MS Azure and other cloud experience.
