Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Analyst to join our team at Western Alliance Bank. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for working with business stakeholders to understand, define, and/or improve business process and system flows for Oracle Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop functional specifications for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
  • Work closely with IT developers, vendors, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
  • Develop and maintain system architecture, data flow, and other technical artifacts for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
  • Participate in the Change Management process for Oracle Cloud ERP applications.
  • Provide training to end-users and/or other IT personnel on Oracle Cloud ERP systems.
  • Review and update current documentation for Oracle Cloud ERP applications as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues.
  • Support activities for existing Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, including regular business interactions and facilitating delivery of improvements and bug fixes.
  • Develop functional specification documents for Oracle Cloud ERP Finance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT or finance/accounting directly using Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Sound knowledge of core Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules – AP, Expenses, AHCS, GL, FA, AR, Advanced Collections.
  • 4+ years' experience working with design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP financial modules and EPM.
  • Experience translating business needs into system requirements and configurations using ADO.
  • Good communication skills with any type of audience, internal (all levels)/external (to include vendors – Sales/Technology).
  • Experience in Lucid chart, Confluence, ADO.
  • Understanding of Incident Management processes, including Root Cause Analysis processes and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and Project Management processes.
  • Hands-on software development and/or implementation experience.
  • Experience with writing test cases and performing UAT.
  • Experience of Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • 4+ years of experience writing functional and/or technical requirements for software implementations.
  • Familiar with Active Directory, Security Groups, and Service Accounts.
  • MS Azure and other cloud experience.
