Job Summary:
This full-time position involves providing program logistical and management support to funded projects. The Program Manager plays a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating options to meet individual health care needs using community resources for positive outcomes regarding insurance access and Ryan White eligibility for assigned patients. Additionally, the Program Manager offers program support, assistance, and advocacy to Ryan White grant participants, with a focus on eligibility criteria as the payor of last resort for the Ryan White federal grant. Furthermore, the manager acts as a Certified Application Counselor during ACA & Medicare open enrollment periods.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of directly related work experience OR
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent and a minimum of six years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management
  • Administrative Management
  • Financial Experience
  • Proficiency in other languages (e.g. French, Spanish, etc.)
