Position Overview:Currently, Edgeworth is looking for a Seasoned Business Analyst to work with the Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. This role allows for a hybrid work arrangement where employees are expected to be present at the client's facility in Arlington, VA twice a week. Candidates must be US citizens willing to undergo a background check and hold a government security clearance.

Job Duties:

  • Proficiency in using writing guides and templates
  • Adept at quick document turnaround times, sometimes within 48 hours
  • Skilled in quality control procedures and collaborating in a team setting for peer document verifications
  • Occasional travel for customer conferences
  • Assist in conference logistics
  • Draft, revise, and format official government documents, including high-level ones
  • Strong stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and critical infrastructure concepts is advantageous
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be a US citizen maintaining a US government secret security clearance
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Possess at least 5 years of related work experience
  • Strong technical writing skills and experience in creating memoranda, reports, and meeting summaries as the primary notetaker
  • Demonstrated capability in researching, analyzing, and conveying ideas to diverse audiences
  • Ability to travel up to 15% for domestic events
Desired Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED):
  • Current DHS suitability or an active US government security clearance
  • Previous work experience with DHS or federal government
  • Understanding of federal, state, local, territorial, and tribal government relationships, private sector collaborations, and international partnerships
