The Senior Business Analyst plays a crucial role in collaborating with both Business and IT stakeholders to comprehend the problem landscape and provide insightful analysis that captures and manages quality requirements aligned with the system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with complex business requirements, crafting epics and user stories, managing the backlog in relevant tools, and conducting thorough research on issues leveraging subject matter expertise and a solid understanding of business processes.
  • Collaborate with the Business to analyze growth opportunities, ensuring critical data is evaluated for effective solution development.
  • Work closely with Business Owners, Product Managers, and/or Product Owners to guarantee that business needs are accurately captured, prioritized, and understood, thereby managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Assist in analyzing functional business requirements and implementation specifics to ensure that designs meet non-functional requirements.
  • Serve as the primary interface with the initiative team, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the requirements.
  • Contribute to the creation of operational readiness documentation and training materials to facilitate the adoption and utilization of the system/functionality as necessary.
  • Provide support during integration and acceptance testing phases, as well as during implementation.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative approach while working in a team environment, maintaining comfort in daily interactions with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adhere to the current Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement within SDLC business processes and innovation.
  • Utilize Agile principles and mindsets to achieve deliverables and enhance communication.
  • May offer guidance and direction to team members, serving as a subject matter expert for the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A BA/BS degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience, including knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations; or a combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and a strong preference for experience with AI/LLM.
  • The ideal candidate should be resourceful, inquisitive, and creative, with a passion for problem-solving, demonstrated leadership capabilities, strong decision-making skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
