  • Legal Document Handling
  • Use erecording software to handle erecording process for real estate documentation such as deeds, mortgages, land contracts, etc.
  • Assemble, prepare, and send various legal document mailings to courts, clients, and third party recipients
  • Answer office phone and speak to clients regarding their legal needs; record phone messages and deliver messages to the appropriate attorney.
  • Greet clients when they enter the office for appointments
  • Assist clients with signing simple legal documents at the reception desk
  • Cooperate with office receptionist to efficiently complete office tasks
  • Organization
  • Manage appointment scheduling for three separate attorneys using Google Calendar
  • Handle appointment rescheduling and cancellation as needed
  • Manage records storage including alphabetized filing of client files and retrieving various client files from storage.
