As a Home Health Aide, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and support to seniors in their homes
• Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship
• Helping with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
• Providing medication reminders, documenting client condition and notifying a supervisor of any concerns
• Ensuring a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participating in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies

Requirements:

• 6 months prior adult caregiving experience OR the completion of a CNA course/certificate
