Job Description

BRIONI Store Operations Associate

Your Opportunity

We're hiring a Store Operations Associate reporting to the Store Manager for our vibrant team in River Oaks District, Houston.

Responsibilities include managing back-office tasks to enhance process efficiency, uphold security measures, and deliver exceptional customer service.

How You Will Contribute
  • Coordinate permits required for non-routine works like maintenance and bulky deliveries
  • Supervise inventory and Stock Keepers' activities to prevent losses
  • Oversee payment procedures, manage Cashiers, and resolve any payment-related issues
  • Handle administration tasks such as petty cash and bank deposits
  • Collaborate with Facilities office for maintenance and cleaning
  • Coordinate with HQ Operations Office and local Ops team for seamless operations
  • Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and delivery of products
  • Control and supervise transfers and all store operations
  • Maintain stock levels, stationary, and packaging orders
  • Manage phone sales and out-of-city client records
  • Plan delivery schedules and coordinate with different departments
  • Support Retail Operations with ad hoc projects
Who You Are
  • 2+ years of similar experience
  • Proficient in English
  • Flexible availability
  • Demonstrates strong work ethic, team spirit, and high energy
  • Comfortable with PC, iOS devices, and problem-solving
  • Capable of lifting 25+ lbs.
  • Open to travel and multicultural environments
