Responsibilities:

  • Provide implementation support to customer's internal team and C1 team members at customer sites
  • Work with customer's internal teams and C1 teams to implement solutions
  • Performs a wide variety of activities associated with installing and servicing products at customer locations and providing support to customer team members and C1 team members in solving technical problems encountered in the installation or operation of Avaya solutions
  • May include logistics functions to support staging activities including receiving, inventorying, unboxing, labeling,
  • Install, load, and configure ("rack and stack") solutions as directed per order or sitespecific requirements
  • May install software and/or firmware, as necessary
  • Test hardware and connectivity across devices/solutions
  • Resolve issues or escalate with appropriate team members and/or support personnel
  • Document and communicate issues with project leads/team members
  • Repackage and label finished items for shipment
