Responsibilities as a Patient Access Representative I:

  • Assist patients, families, and staff with patient registration and scheduling
  • Ensure accurate data entry and information management
  • Uphold patient safety standards

Qualifications:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior related experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare experience
  • Knowledge of EPIC or similar EMR systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Windows applications
