- Assisting patients, families, and staff with the accurate completion of registration, admissions, and scheduling processes.
- Addressing and resolving inquiries and issues in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Supporting the Revenue Cycle and Health Information Management by ensuring all necessary data and documentation are accurately captured.
- Prioritizing patient safety by confirming patient identities and identifying any special needs.
- Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive patient information throughout all interactions.
- Completing and authenticating required documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- No prior experience is necessary; however, healthcare-related experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with EPIC or similar electronic medical record systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications is beneficial.
