To drive continued success in this exciting Medical Device field, we are seeking an IDN Strategic Account Manager to join our winning team.


The Critical Care Regional Sales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a successful and professional sales force to ensure annual sales and revenue targets are achieved in each territory and overall region.


Essential Functions:
Key Account manager is responsible for all sales activities:

BeneVision, ePM, and N-Series product linesA-Series Anesthesia Machine product line

Develop and maintain strong, preferred relationships within CHRISTUS Health


Regularly visit key accounts to build strategic relationships that assist a strong relationship within CHRISTUS Health concerning patient monitoring and anesthesia portfolio.

Penetrate the VPs, Directors, Managers, and End Users of partnership programs and new business development to become known, provide value, gain further access, and participate in business reviewsAcquire a thorough understanding of specific needs, pain points, and requirements of each of the 9 CHRISTUS IDN RegionsBuild trust by solving problems and handling complaints/suggestionsResponsible for quoting, road maps, workflow evaluations, walk-throughs, etcPrepare regular progress reports of KPIs and forecasts by utilizing key account metricsWork collaboratively to maintain positive customer relations by problem-solving customer concerns on a timely basisMaintain positive references

Own the achievement of the annual sales target for each of the CHRISTUS Health Regions

Track sales orders in coordination with Sales Support and FinanceCommunicate progress with the IDN Director and IDN ManagerDevelop strategies to replace end-of-life and end-of-support patient monitoring portfolio

Drive Replacement Activity for Mindray within CHRISTUS Health

Facilitate installation/in-services of acquired business by planning post-sale activities and addressing questions/concerns while effectively completing the sales cycle.
Ensure that Mindray is invited to all sales opportunities within the key accounts.

Track return on investment, attendance, and leadsWork with Service, Clinical, IT, and other Internal Contacts to progress installations within Key Accounts.


Position Specifications:

Must be able to drive for extended periodsMust be willing and able to travel by airplaneMust be able to lift at least 30 pounds of equipmentMust be able to function in a hospital environment, for extended periodsMust be able to travel 50 to 75% weekly with 2-4 overnights expected per week.
