This dynamic role in finance business partnership will have you collaborating closely with the Joint Replacement Innovation Excellence and Marketing & Sales Enablement teams to meet strategic and financial goals. You will play a pivotal role in delivering timely financial analysis and insights, monitoring essential financial metrics, providing recommendations, and executing necessary actions.

Your Responsibilities

As the Finance Associate Manager, you will work closely with the Innovation Excellence and Marketing & Sales Enablement divisions to achieve strategic and financial objectives. Your proactive approach is essential for delivering accurate financial analysis and insights promptly. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a business partner to the Innovation Excellence and Marketing & Sales Enablement teams – establishing KPIs, tracking performance, and providing recommendations.
  • Conducting financial reviews with business and functional leaders, adding valuable business insights and identifying potential areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating across business units to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
  • Participating in weekly staff meetings to provide finance updates and gather insights into the business.
  • Leading the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, including target setting and performance tracking.
  • Preparing key management reports such as P&L variance analysis, headcount tracking, and project performance evaluations.
  • Supporting the month-end closing process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or a related field required.
  • Demonstrated success in business partnering (2+ years preferred).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Power BI preferred.
