Your Role:
As a Discipline Lead (DL) in Electrical Engineering, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects from conception to completion

Your responsibilities will include:
Directing and managing a talented discipline design team.

Overseeing the organization, integration, and completion of electrical engineering aspects within projects, adhering to scope, budget, schedule, and quality parameters.

Utilizing your technical expertise to identify and address technical challenges promptly.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients regarding discipline-related matters.
Reviewing calculations, vendor drawings, and project deliverables to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and staffing forecasts.
Proactively identifying scope changes and their impact on project schedules and budgets.

What You Bring:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical systems design within a consulting environment.
A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology.
Preferably, a PE license in Ohio.
Proficiency in single line diagrams, schematics, PIDs, and NEC application.
Experience managing project teams and supervising designs in various electrical engineering aspects.
Familiarity with Front End Engineering and Design studies.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
