Electrical Systems Engineer II

As an Electrical Engineer II at Efficus Inc, you will engage in comprehensive understanding of electrical and electronic systems at both the application and system levels. Your role will encompass requirements management, documentation development, and process execution, including FMEA, block diagrams, test plans, and lab requests. You will evaluate test results, troubleshoot issues, and lead all electrical and electronic subsystems while effectively managing stakeholder expectations. A strong emphasis will be placed on technical expertise, process optimization, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on lab work, performing safety and electrical testing alongside your team.
- Collaborate on multiple builds for testing, providing support to fellow engineers.
- Analyze data collected from testing to assist in troubleshooting.
- Utilize FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) as a framework for testing.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions with the team to devise solutions and troubleshoot challenges.
- Manage requirements by creating comprehensive documentation for the system.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to follow testing protocols, consolidate data, and present findings effectively.
- 1-2 years of experience in electrical and electronic engineering.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Project management capabilities.
Technological Proficiency
- Familiarity with Google tools; training will be provided on Windchill, SAP, CN processes, lab requests, A3, etc.
Educational Background
- A four-year degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering is required.
Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
Soft Skills
- Ability to work comfortably in group settings.
- Effective communication with team members.
- Proficient in presenting data clearly and concisely.
Required Skills
- Electrical Engineering expertise.
- Project management experience.
Work Authorization
- Green Card, US Citizenship, Employer Authorization Document (EAD), TN (Canadian Visa), L1 Visa, Occupational Practical Training (OPT), or Curricular Practical Training (CPT) are acceptable.
