Core Responsibilities:

  • Documentation & Data Entry
  • Client Enrollment in MRIS
  • Support Manager on Compliance
  • Process Check Requests
  • Team Collaboration

Responsibilities in Your Role:

  • Ensure all documentation and data entry meet funding requirements and quality standards.
  • Enroll clients in program services using the MRIS database.
  • Input data into agency and funder databases effectively.
  • Maintain quality by reviewing electronic client case files.
  • Aid in reconciliation of enrollment numbers and reporting.
  • Process checks based on funder specifications.
  • Provide flexible support to the team.
  • Contribute to team goal achievement.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with refugee populations and their requirements.
