Job Title: Refugee Cash Assistance Case Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Case Manager to join our Refugee Cash Assistance team. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in achieving economic self-sufficiency and stability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive client intakes and assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized service plans.
  • Provide benefit application assistance and monitor client eligibility for monthly benefits.
  • Empower clients towards economic self-sufficiency through education, job training, and resource referrals.
  • Monitor client compliance with program requirements and document all client interactions and services.
  • Collaborate with other program staff to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or related field and one year of experience in social services or a combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bilingual skills in a common client language are preferred.
  • Reliable transportation, a current Texas driver's license, and evidence of auto liability insurance.
