Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Accountant to join our Financial Reporting team with reconciling, analyzing, and reporting financial transactions and performance.

  • Work closely with Staff Accountants and Managers to ensure efficient and accurate financial reporting
  • Reconcile and oversee critical general ledger accounts
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the Company's entities and assist in basic general ledger accounting functions
  • Assist in year-end financial audit by preparing and reviewing audit schedules and interacting with auditors
  • Ensure integrity of financial systems by working closely with Director of Financial Systems and Information Solutions department to ensure accounting and reporting systems are maintained and functioning properly
  • Participate in and help with monthly close process

Ability to step away from the details and see the big picture

Able to complete assigned tasks with minimal direction
