Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and is integral to supporting our technology and operations divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present executive-level presentations that articulate key financial trends.
  • Generate monthly financial reports tailored for an executive audience.
  • Oversee annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the supported divisions.
  • Enhance expense allocation, profitability, and reporting methodologies through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of effective cost optimization strategies.
  • Independently construct and evaluate financial models to inform management decisions.
  • Address ad hoc analytical requests as required.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is required.
  • 6-8+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or a closely related field.
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences from technical staff to executive leadership.
  • Ability to devise innovative solutions to complex data and reporting challenges.
  • A proactive approach to process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
  • Experience with Hyperion for reporting and planning is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Business Objects, or Microsoft Power Apps is advantageous.
