The Business Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting our foundational teams through the development of dashboards, automation improvements, and analytical insights. Our Enterprise Technology and Operations Risk Management Team is tasked with executing risk management protocols that align with our corporate risk framework, regulatory standards, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various business stakeholders to assess and analyze operational data, processes, and systems, providing recommendations for enhancements that drive performance.
  • Conduct thorough business and operational analyses to influence outcomes and support management in decision-making.
  • Engage in the analysis, design, and implementation of operational processes and procedures.
  • Share insights and data findings with team members and other departments, fostering a comprehensive understanding of diverse business areas.
  • Create and monitor reports to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform issue identification and root cause analysis.
  • Utilize business data to propose new procedures and processes.
  • Act as a liaison with management and staff to address and resolve issues as necessary.
  • Participate in project management activities as either a project leader or team member.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient knowledge of data analysis, business process improvement, and project management techniques.
  • Familiarity with department-specific processes and procedures.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of gathering and analyzing user requirements effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with both management and staff.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to function in a consultative capacity and manage projects or teams.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant experience in business and data analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of query tools and report writing software.
