  • Collaborate with team members to anticipate customer needs, engage in friendly conversations, and offer guidance.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues in both front and back-of-house roles.
  • Thorough knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and service standards, with a willingness to learn about new menu items.
  • Enthusiasm for ongoing food and beverage training sessions.
  • Proficient in operating tools like the Toast POS system, Rewards Program, and payment terminals.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work environment.
  • Successful completion of general knowledge, food, and beverage assessments.
  • Required certifications: ServSafe and BASSETT/TIPS.
  • Additional responsibilities as delegated.
