Situated in the picturesque San Bernardino Mountains, our resort offers access to a variety of outdoor activities and amenities, including a Bar & Restaurant, Spa & Wellness Center, and ample meeting spaces.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes while promoting drink specials.
  • Maintain consistency in drink presentation and adhere to recipe standards.
  • Comply with liquor laws and manage cash and credit transactions.
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques and ensure the bar is well-stocked.
  • Maintain cleanliness and prepare garnishes for drinks.
  • Assist in cleaning and familiarize yourself with resort offerings.
  • Efficiently set up and dismantle the pool bar area.

Additional Duties:

  • Support other departments within the Food and Beverage sector as required.
  • Complete tasks assigned by supervisors across various resort functions.

Work Environment:

This position involves working both indoors and outdoors, adapting to different surfaces and weather conditions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in mixology.
  • One year of experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to comply with BAC regulations.
  • RBS and Food Handlers Certification required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • TIPS certification and experience in a high-volume service environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
