Position Summary: The Beverage Server is responsible for delivering beverages and light snacks to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a pleasant experience in the lounge area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of beverages and other necessary items.

  • Ensure cleanliness of the casino floor and lounge, including managing glassware and waste.
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and reconcile sales.
  • Support bartenders as required.
  • Promote the lounge menu and provide detailed information to guests.
  • Record orders accurately and relay them to the bar or kitchen.
  • Garnish drinks as needed before serving.
  • Process payments and provide correct change to guests.
  • Regularly clear and reset tables and counters.
  • Wear appropriate non-slip footwear as part of the uniform.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three months experience in a related role.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests and team members effectively.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Physical Requirements: This role requires standing for extended periods, walking, and occasionally lifting items up to 50 pounds. The work environment may include exposure to smoke and loud noise levels.
