**Conditions apply to various benefit eligibilityResponsibilities:Establish long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and one-call resolution.Maintain strong knowledge of our DISH products, accurately respond to customers questions regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation.
Provide product suggestions and sell our products and services to customers.Identify opportunities and provide feedback by assessing call trends and/or diagnostic improvements to provide a higher level of customer service, performance, and efficiency.

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Ideal candidates will have:
Related customer service experience and/or training is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible schedules.
40 hours per week with OT based on business needs that can fall anywhere within our hours of operation, 7 days a week-5:00 AM-9:00 PM.Ability to multitask and effectively problem solve.
