EDUCATION
Professional degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
Advanced professional degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline recommended.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 15+ years' professional experience demonstrating increasing responsibility for teams and projects.
NCIDQ or NCARB Required.
Exceptional knowledge of project design process, construction documentation, programming, space planning, furniture specifications as well as materials and finishes.
Strong project budgeting and contract negotiation skills.
Strong working relationships with clients and consultants.
Strong project management software skills.
Experience in directing, mentoring and coordinating project teams.
Collaborative and professional work ethic.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, listening, writing and client presentation skills.
LEED AP or within 6 months of hire.
