This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape a practice, leveraging existing relationships and developing new ones to drive growth and excellence in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the business valuation and litigation support practice in Florida.
  • Handle a diverse range of valuation projects, including those related to M&A, private companies, commercial litigation, divorce, ownership disputes, and lost profits.
  • Cultivate warm relationships with attorneys, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals to generate referrals and business opportunities.
  • Take charge of shaping the practice in Florida, proactively seeking opportunities for growth and development.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and the continuous improvement of skills.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in business valuation and litigation support, with a minimum of 8 years' experience.
  • Familiarity with Florida's business landscape and legal environment is preferred.
  • Ability to handle a significant workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive results.
  • Aspirations to grow into a leadership role within the organization.
  • Willingness to travel both internally and externally within Florida as needed.

Perfect Candidate: The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in valuation with an understanding of litigation support. While prior experience in litigation support is preferred. This individual should be driven, ambitious, and eager to take on a leadership role in shaping the future of our practice in Florida.
