Combat Programs Analyst

Job Description:
- Develop plans, strategies, and programs to provide SOF personnel-borne systems support across all mission areas and environments.
- Conduct program analysis including management, coordination, resource and budget management, and requirements assessment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create an Interface Control Document (ICD) for Operator-borne equipment.
- Provide products and support for integration between SOF personnel-borne systems.
- Analyze current and future commodities to identify integration gaps that may impact readiness.
- Support Critical Design Reviews (CDRs) and Pre-Planned Program Improvement (P3I).
- Develop processes for Force Introduction of New Equipment (FINE).
- Assist in Key Leader Engagements (KLEs) and Med/Physio Monitoring Requirements Development.
Requirements:
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in direct support to the United States military or Department of Defense.
- At least four (4) years of work experience in requirements development, acquisition program management, or DOD capability development.
- Prior United States military acquisition experience preferred.
- DoD SECRET clearance eligibility required.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior Systems Engineer experience.
- Knowledge in Defense Acquisition System (DAS), JCIDS, PPBES, and OT&E.
- Capability to handle requirements and PPBE related documentation.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage SOF personnel-borne systems programs effectively.
