We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to support the LCS Waterfront Support Program as a Program Analyst. This position requires a strong background in leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical and programmatic support to the combat systems on in-service LCS class vessels.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Science with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience providing technical and programmatic support to combat systems on in-service ships or twenty (20) years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience planning and executing Navy ship maintenance availabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and experience managing teams.
  • Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS as needed up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Littoral Combat Ship class shipboard experience.
  • Former US Navy Chief Petty Officer.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Current and active Secret security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • May be asked to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment.

The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300-$155,200.
