Position Overview
Join our team as the Marketing Manager, Indirect Retail within the Xfinity Retail Marketing & Merchandising team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of marketing strategies in Boost Mobile retail and Xfinity Prepaid authorized retailers, specifically targeting the income-constrained audience. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting the launch of NOW across prepaid internet channels.

You will report to the Senior Director, Alternative Sales Channel Marketing and be tasked with executing innovative marketing campaigns, managing merchandising relationships, and ensuring brand-centric creative output.



Job Description


  • Manage the marketing and merchandising materials in Boost Mobile retail and Xfinity Prepaid Authorized Retailers.
  • Support the rollout of NOW across prepaid retail channels.
  • Execute in-store campaigns with creative displays and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless project execution.
  • Oversee the production, budget, and timeline of creative projects.
  • Act as a liaison between teams for effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development of new merchandising initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing assets and ensure accuracy in communications.
  • Coordinate brand and legal reviews for all creative work.
  • Provide internal communication on marketing programs.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
