Position Summary:

RevZilla is on the lookout for skilled digital marketing professionals to become part of our Performance Marketing team. This internal team is responsible for managing the paid marketing channels that drive our revenue and customer acquisition objectives. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will focus on executing strategies across Social, Display, Video, and OTT channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive Paid Social strategy to promote RevZilla, Cycle Gear, and J&P Cycles' extensive range of premium products.
  • Conduct ad and copy testing to identify compelling messaging that resonates with the motorsport community.
  • Analyze and enhance Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the daily pacing of multi-million dollar marketing budgets.
  • Continuously optimize the Social portfolio to elevate high-performing campaigns and phase out underperformers.
  • Supervise and refine Display and Discovery initiatives aimed at achieving revenue and brand visibility goals.
  • Drive revenue and reach through YouTube campaigns that support our in-house content.
  • Manage Over-The-Top (OTT) campaigns with third-party platforms to boost brand recognition.
  • Foster significant revenue growth and attract first-time purchasers across various Acquisition and Performance channels.
  • Ensure quality assurance of personal workflows, including ad copy, audience management, and campaign setups, while also reviewing colleagues' work to guarantee a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with in-house creative teams to brainstorm innovative campaigns that yield results.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with vendors and platforms.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in Digital Marketing for ongoing self-improvement and mentorship of team members.
Qualifications:

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in E-Commerce.
  • Proven track record managing mid-to-large-scale Paid Social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including:
    • Comprehensive campaign management (planning, execution, testing).
    • Expertise in various ad formats across Social platforms.
    • Deep understanding of audience targeting and management.
    • Strong creative vision and the ability to communicate effectively with the in-house creative team.
    • Experience managing large-scale, multi-platform campaigns with substantial budgets and ongoing promotional content.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead Display, Video, and OTT campaigns across multiple vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including:
    • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe) with a focus on tracking and tagging.
    • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, complex formulas).
    • Experience tackling marketing analytics challenges such as attribution and media mix modeling.
  • A detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A self-starter attitude, capable of quickly learning new processes and tools.
  • A collaborative spirit, thriving in a high-energy team environment.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience in managing Paid Search and Shopping campaigns.
  • Familiarity with BI Visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau).
  • Experience with various social media platforms, including Reddit.
  • Product data feed management experience.
  • Omnichannel marketing experience, including measurement.
  • A passion for motorcycles (not a requirement).
