The Global Transformative Marketing Campaign Manager for Cytiva is responsible for the planning, implementation and development of new marketing ideas for partners and clients. Supports communications projects in the areas of advertising and promotional programs, public relations and trade shows, including Internet-based communications. Participates in the development of plans for product promotion in support of marketing objectives. Prepares materials for internal and external presentations on products, business plans and management communications.
This position is part of the Global Marketing team located in Marlborough, MA and will be hybrid. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you'll do:
- Works closely with cross-functional business stakeholders and TM Campaign leads & leader to define and prioritize marketing campaigns, initiatives, product launches for development and execute on campaign deliverables.
- Acts as an advocate and supports the adoption of the TM approach throughout the organization.
- Builds content strategy according to relevant industry segments, personas, and buyer's journey stages; identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations/actions for refinement where needed.
- Ensures KPIs for marketing campaigns, initiatives, and product launches are accurately set for each Umbrella campaign as well as integrated & blitz campaigns; reviews progress collectively for each business and discusses outcomes/feedback with team members and business stakeholders.
- Ensures all marketing materials comply with Cytiva's brand guidelines, writing guidelines, local regulatory requirements, and work instructions for advertising and promotional collaterals.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field; in biotechnology or chemistry.
- 5 - 7 Years of experience leading project teams and managing complex projects with external parties, proven marketing campaign and project management experience.
- Knowledge of Transformative Marketing/Marcoms/ integrated campaign strategies (traditional, digital, and events) and content marketing best practices
- Data-driven thinking, strong analytical skills and detailed knowledge of marketing analytics
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience working in B2B environment, preferably in the Life Science Industry
This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in which you can work part-time at the Company location identified above and part-time remotely from your home. The salary range for this role is $100k - 120K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
