Office Administrator/receptionist

Overview:
We are recruiting for a security company and seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join thier team.
Pay:
Dependant on experience
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office staff
- Assist with data entry and document management
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with real estate administrative tasks as required
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in data entry and typing
- Computer literacy with the ability to use computerized systems effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Issue uniforms, review resumes, help with onboarding officers
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
Office Admin: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
