Overview:


We are recruiting for a security company and seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join thier team.

As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office. This position requires proficiency in administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Pay:
Dependant on experience

Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office staff
  • Assist with data entry and document management
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with proofreading and editing documents as needed
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with real estate administrative tasks as required

Skills:

  • Strong administrative skills with experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and typing
  • Computer literacy with the ability to use computerized systems effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Issue uniforms, review resumes, help with onboarding officers

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
