We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) for the National and Alamo brand. As a CXR, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing a positive rental experience for all customers. Your responsibilities will include verifying driver information, facilitating the rental process efficiently, and managing returns effectively.

This position is based in Burbank, CA. It is a Union Position with a flexible schedule based on a shift bid. Availability to work 40 hours/week, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Compensation for this position is $19.50 per hour plus bonuses.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and timely customer service
  • Communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and services effectively
  • Offer optional products and services to meet customer needs
  • Assist customers with directions, local information, and service details
  • Handle incoming calls and provide necessary information and assistance
  • Inspect rental vehicles upon return
  • Report any customer or vehicle issues to management
  • Engage in continuous learning and development
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned
