- Assess and allocate appropriate resources to optimize station performance.
- Monitor, review, and report station performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 5 years of airline operations experience.
- Demonstrated supervisory, leadership, and motivational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Knowledge of managing an operating budget.
