Requirements for Success:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 5 years of airline operations experience.
  • Demonstrated supervisory, leadership, and motivational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Knowledge of managing an operating budget.
