Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for below-wing servicing of aircraft, including loading and unloading baggage and cargo
  • Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment, such as baggage carts and de-icing equipment
  • Guide and park aircraft, ensuring safe and efficient movement
  • Perform cabin maintenance tasks, including cleaning and restocking aircraft

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of training course
  • Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask, with a focus on safety and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous airline experience, preferably in a ground handling or airport operations role
  • Previous employment as a front-line customer service provider, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems

Work Environment:

  • Work in a fast-paced airport environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels
  • May be required to work irregular shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, and climbing up and down stairs
  • Handle objects up to 70 pounds, with the ability to assist passengers with disabilities
