As a Clinical Support Specialist, youll work in a fun, fast-paced team environment to collaboratively and interchangeably support patients and coworkers while providing the highest quality service. This position is a unique blend of customer service, health unit coordinator and administrative work that provides variety and excitement each day.
Daily work may include:
Processing clinical documentation
Scheduling patient visits
Arranging interpreter services
Charting patient information
Coordinating patient equipment
Conducting audits
Assisting our Billing department
Taking on other projects as needed
The qualified candidate must be self-motivated, have the ability to multitask, and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Proven experience working as part of a team and ability to quickly learn new computer systems is required.
This position is full-time, and the schedule is Monday-Friday with flexible hours between 7:00am and 5:00pm. Remote work options will be available after the training period.
